3. PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
ONE & B reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. ORDER
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, prior dispute, or payment anomaly.

5. PREPARATION AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days.
Average delivery times are 8 to 15 business days after dispatch.
These times are indicative and may be extended in case of:
- high demand
- promotional periods
- public holidays
- logistical disruptions
- customs
- carrier delays
- events beyond our control
No refund can be claimed before the expiry of a maximum reasonable period of 30 calendar days following dispatch, unless otherwise provided by law.
ONE & B cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or supplier.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to request a return.
### STRICT Conditions for Acceptance
The product must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- unperfumed
- without smell of detergent, smoke or perspiration
- without traces of makeup, foundation, bronzer or lipstick
- with original tag intact
- in its original packaging
⚠️ Any item showing the slightest trace of excessive try-on, smell, stain or damage will be automatically refused.
Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.
The following items are non-returnable:
- sale or promotional items
- gift cards
- hygiene accessories
- personalized products
- worn underwear / bodysuits
Refunds are made within 10 business days after validation of the return.
Initial delivery charges are not refundable.

7. PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED
When a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, ONE & B's responsibility ends.
No refund will be issued for:
- incorrect customer address
- theft after deposit
- unsecured mailbox
- delivery to a third party / caretaker / neighbor
- customer's absence
The customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE
In case of a lost package, a carrier investigation may be opened.
Processing time can be up to 30 days.
No refund or reshipment will be made before the official closure of the investigation.

9. LIABILITY
ONE & B cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the product, a delivery delay, or an incorrect size chosen by the customer.
